10 oz light roasted, washed process coffee.
Dark berries and deep red fruits. This is a sweet and juicy coffee that has an aroma of red wine.
This Bourbon varietal comes from a handful of farms in Colombia’s Huila region, around towns like Pitalito, Timaná, and Palestina. Grown at high altitudes between 1,600 and nearly 2,000 meters, it’s produced by small farmers with each owning just a few acres of land. While they each process their coffee a bit differently, there’s a shared focus on careful wet processing: pulping the fruit, fermenting for about a day, then drying the beans slowly indoors for two to three weeks. The result is a blend with great depth and character, shaped by both place and craft.
